Well….we made it. On June 20, 20913, we actually made it to the West Capitol Steps. That one mile walk from Raley Field to the West Capitol Steps was surreal. We were thrilled that so many people came out for the final mile. The support along this journey has been unbelievable and we thank each and every family member, supporter, and loved one for helping us the past 55 days. The meeting with the Governor’s staff went well and we are optimistic about the future. However, the work is not over yet. Stay tuned….
